Refund Policy


Returns

 Our return back policy is only valid for 14 days from the date of home delivery. If 14 days have
passed by since your order got delivered, sadly we may not be able to offer you a refund or
exchange items.
 Reasons for an acceptable return back policy:
 The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
 The product is received in a damaged condition


 NOTE:
A. To be acceptable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
B. Easily spoilt items - fruits, mangoes, fresh vegetables, frozen products etc. are excluded
from any return or exchange.

Refunds processing time

Once you are eligible for refund, you shall receive the refund within 7-10 working days.

Shipping

If you would like to return your product, you should inform us via: info@cherrys.eu. You will be
responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, we recommend you to purchase shipping insurance
for successful delivery assurance.
